I keep getting ill - help!!

I have an 11 month old and since i returned to work 2 months ago I keep getting ill.

On separate occasions I've had tonsillitis, a fever with aching body, a pounding headache and fever, a fever, aching body and sore throat.

I'm working 30 hours and running a house, my partner helps out when he can. I still get disturbed nights so maybe it's poor sleep that is contributing to lowering my immune system.

I'm just having a moan but is anyone else in a similar situation or have any suggestions to perk me up?

I was exactly the same after DD was born. It was glandular fever.

Im 2 years on now with post viral fatigue. So a lot better but not recovered fully.

It might be worth mentioning it to your GP
