Alkaline urine PH

So stressed out it's unbelievable.
So I am a health anxiety sufferer and have came off my meds to TTC, implant out on the 29th.
Since I have had problems with my gall bladder so they have taken bloods and booked me in for an ultra sound.

Thought I would have my urine tested too due to the kidney/gall bladder ache. My PH is the darkest it can be on the test.

Has anyone else has high alkaline PH and can offer any advice?

My diet has changed drastically due to the gall bladder problems to no fat and more fruit/veg and I'm also taking pregnacare supplements.

I'm worried it's something serious with my kidneys.
