Foot pain

Has been going on since Saturday now. Started suddenly when out walking as a sharp pain on the bottom of my heel, so painful I couldn't stand on it but eased overnight so wasn't that painful any more but still too painful to walk normally.

Now (the last two days) I've started to get pain in the ball of my foot too which I'm guessing is probably because I'm putting all my weight on the ball of the foot because of the pain in the heel. Its still not as painful as the first day but its really fucking annoying. Also getting pains going up my leg when I'm not walking, especially at night when I'm lying down.

I keep putting off going to the doctor because I'm the throes of nasty morning sickness and the thought of sitting around in the waiting room for an hour or more (to get same day doctor) is really off-putting because I'm just feeling so generally crappy and run-down right now so hoping someone might have an idea what it might be and whether its something that'll just go away by itself (which OH thinks) or if I really do have to go to the doctor.
