dd changed from formula to cows milk .. terrible squits now!

evening all,
dd has just changed from formula to cows milk and has since got terrible diorrhea (for about 5 days).
Is this normal? will her tummy get used to it? Or should I go back to formula?

how old is she?
I'd be tempted to go back to formula and reintroduce cows' milk gradually once she's recovered.

she's 16 months

Oh, right, I wasn't sure if she was just 12mo and you were doing the switch.
I'd swap maybe one cup a day for a week, then swap another cup the next week.

Has she reacted to cow's milk in her food, on cereal etc before now? It may be she's dairy intolerant...
