Hi there anyone got any advice me and other half are in a 3 bed massionate wanting to go to a 2 bedroom house and were advised by housing association we would be moved before my baby is born now the housing manager has dismissed this. We are up four flights of stairs and he's saying it possible to get the pram up and down which it is not it's a lightweight pram but still a bit much.
