dental implant top feels a bit shaky

I had it done about 5 years ago. About 6 months ago I got really down (bereavement) and frankly was depressed. I didn't look after myself so dentist told me off said my gums were inflamed but gave them a good cleaning. She checked the implan and said it was still fine. I have been a good girl since, inflamation all gone.
Then about 2 weeks ago I lost my dental retainers (i grind) I wore an old one I had for the top. Now I feel like the crown of my implant is slightly shaky. I am freaking, scared, petrified! If it fails I will be devastated. Really. Not sure how to cope and I try not to sleep or I grind. Totally miserable and worried sick about money/cost for dentist. Can she fix it cheaply?
