TMI alert- Vaginal Discharge and empty stomach

So it's ramadhan right now and Muslims in the U.K are going without food and water for 20 hours at a time. It's actually not that hard if you can take a nap and occupy yourself. However, I find that on an empty stomach I release gas almost every five minutes if not more (and it's a considerable amount of gas each time) what's more I always end up with lots and lots of yellow discharge that doesn't smell or cause pain or anything. Happens every year and I'm intrigued to know if anyone else gets this on an empty stomach and what causes it?
