Anyone have any idea what this mark is? (Pic)

The picture isn't very good, but I have a small brown mark on my hand, it looks like I have some stain as you can see the lines in my hand (like coffee or ink would look for example)

It's been there about two months now - it's not raised, itchy, sore, scabby, bleeding - it causes me absolutely no bother at all. I'm just curious as it hasn't always been there and I've had no injuries that I'm aware of. I scrubbed it when I first noticed it thinking it was something that was stuck to my hand. Then I thought maybe it was like an old blood blister, but it hasn't changed as far as I'm aware. Any ideas?

I think mine is a mole/freckle. I'm a very freckley person!

I have the same thing on my little finger, thought it was marker pen, but it's still there a few weeks later!
I'm going to mention it to my GP next time I'm there, but I did wonder if I should make an appointment and get it checked.

It's a freckle/mole.
I have an identical one just off centre of my palm. Only appeared a few months ago.
