Bloated or ???

Hi,
So for the past couple of weeks, I've been having what I know (after having my two dcs ) feels like 15-20 week pregnancy flutters.
However, for the past couple of months, I've also been having a full feeling after not much food and even a cup of tea first thing in the morning fills me up.

I don't have pain anywhere, have had periods and if I was pregnant, it would mean a failed vasectomy after about five years and I would be roughly 5 months pregnant.

I already know that bloating and feeling full quickly after eating a small amount are both signs of ovarian cancer and I will obviously book a GP appointment tomorrow (I'm under 40), but looking at the pics attached, how would you describe my stomach shape? Bloated or pregnant? It's a bit hard to see so close up in the pics but my stomach is usually much more straight down with a c-section pouch at the bottom.
Or perhaps I've just slowly been putting on weight and now I've suddenly noticed the change? I've also suddenly got new, red stretch marks all around my tummy and hips.

Because of the flutterings, which have been regular since last week, I've started feeling excited that I might be pregnant....even though I know it would be a 1/4000 chance of having a failed vasectomy. We had totally decided no more children but now I feel disappointed to think I might just be fat Grin!
My jeans and trousers have started getting tight for the past month and now I'm unzipping them every day....although more at night. I've also got a just above the minimum thyroid so wondering if the weight thing could be that because I actually eat quite healthily...although don't do much exercise wise.
I won't be offended if you think it's just putting on weight!

A pregnancy test would immediately rule that in or out...

Yes, you need to know for sure what it is. Maybe you should go to the doctor anyway. If you're pg you need all the usual checks, if it's something else you need investigating and treating. Good luck Smile

Any thoughts on the pics?

You definitely can't tell from pics...when I'm bloated I look like I'm six months pregnant and people give up their seats for me on the train!

Grin, aha okay. I've never really been bloated like that before though so it's not normal for me.

The fluttering could be wind in the bowel, I used to get that a lot.
