I currently have a horrendous cough which has meant Ive not slept well last few nights. At first i was bringing up Flem (TMI i know) but tonight it seems to be a dry cough or i have coughed everything up. I've been ill since Wednesday and cough appeared Friday, i have also lost my voice and my throat is red raw. I am now coughing up a little blood which i assume is through straining myself.
Anyone has any tips on getting through tonight? I know i need to go to the doctors and intend to go tomorrow.
