I'm not usually a fan of supplements believing them to be all a bit of a con and it should be possible to get what you need from a decent diet etc.
However, I'm a middle aged runner and I'm starting to suffer with what my osteopath calls "degenerative" issues with my hip joints. (I fear he means old age/over use)
A friend has mentioned that there was a marked improvement in both her horse and her grandmother within 30 days of taking Cortaflex and as I can't find anything that suggests there are any side effects I'm thinking of giving it a go. It's expensive though, so wondered if anyone here has any experience?
It was only later I thought perhaps I should have felt insulted?!
