I had a session of this today, I have severe arthritis in one foot so walk all funny, and the muscles in my other leg are tense and sore all the time.
Saw a physio today who recommended this treatment as a way to relax the muscles. It was very weird, quite sore in places, but effective I think.
I'm just curious to hear from anyone else who's had it.

Yes -- I've been having it regularly for years. Best treatment for my chronic pain management. Hurts like hell (at least it does for me) and sometimes makes me want to vomit (I take an antiemetic esp if treatment is in the mid-back region) but it's completely worth it in terms of relief.
