Anyone have AS?

After having back pain for over ten years, I have been diagnosed with AS. I played so much sport until I was around 20 and was skinny, fit, healthy and happy. I'm now fat, lazy, extremely fatigued and struggle to even stand up from a chair. Exercising isn't possible, even though exercise is apparently the best thing for this disease. I'm on 1000mg of naproxen a day which has helped dramatically as I can now walk around although very limited, a few months ago I would be crying after a few steps with the pain.

Someone just tell me it gets better or some tips on how to manage this!?

I have psoriatic arthritis with axial symptoms as the main issue. Could also be AS the difference is negligible in some ways. You need biologics to be fully treated in my opinion.
