Anyone had this? Started with pain on the outside of the knee which rapidly spread up to the hip with pain in the groin area especially on moving and numbness down right side of leg from the knee to the shin. On the first day was very unstable on left side when walking but thats cleared thank goodness. Four days on now. Taking Ibuprofen. Pain not quite so bad in the groin. Its just everytime you get up from a chair it "catches" you.
Hoping to go away for the weekend in a couple of weeks. If you've had it did it last last longer? Any tips greatly appreciated.
