Head feels like i'm under water

I had a heavy cold about 2 weeks ago and I've not been right since. My head feels swimmy and my eyes feel out of focus and ready to close all the time. I'm occasionally a bit hot and sweaty and generally feel out of sorts - I'm lethargic and exhausted too, sleeping for 10 hours a night, a deep, heavy sleep that I have trouble waking up from all day.
I usually shrug colds off but this one has left me feeling floored. The feeling in my head and ears is awful - does anyone have any remedies? Anyone else had this and how long does it last for?

Hi I am like that coming up to 3 weeks and my ears are buzzing. I am using steam with menthol crystals they do help.
