Microgynon help - long period and hating it!

Ok so I used to use this pill fine for years. Came off it and 3 years later I'm back in it. Over Christmas I started taking it and took two packs back 2 back fine. All good. Had withdrawal bleed but my next period was about 2 weeks later than expected. When I did come I jumped back onto the pill....problem is my period still hasn't stopped - 10 days on! Ranges in how much blood and colour (black brown red pink - sorry if tmi). Why would it so this? I have lost 5 stone in the past year but can't see this having an effect?
I'm an over thinker and worried by nature but keep thinking it must be pill related or it would be to coincidental.
Any other issues likes this? Sorry for rambling.

This pill always made me bleed. I'm om Celeste now and no bleeding. Ask your GP to change pill

No . The mini pill also had me bleeding continuously

I'm on microgynon - a combined pill. I think I may have stopped bleeding today, touch wood!!!
