Arm tremor - worse when arm is relaxed

DD (14) suddenly developed this a few days ago. Just one arm and almost non stop. Its not so bad when writing or doing things but if her arm is hanging down by her side it is quite noticeable.

We have seen GP and are waiting for results of blood test, She is otherwise completely well and healthy, not tired, not anxious etc.

Has anyone any experience of something like this?
