Embarrassing but I'm getting to the end of my tether so here goes
Me and DP have clearly eaten something dodgy because the past 2 days we've both had really horrible diarrhoea sad
As if that's not bad enough I also seem to have reawakened the bloody haemeroid I got when pregnant which means going to the toilet is bloody awful and everything's getting quite sore down there.

So what's the best OTC remedy for the pile? It seemed to clear up on its own last time but I didn't have the added joy of diarrhoea blushsad

Not sure about the piles but if it's getting sore, then try using Vaseline after you've cleaned and dried the area. That will certainly help a little.
