...half a bottle of wine?? i can't seem to drink anything anymore without feeling extremely sluggish and jaded the next day. i'm usually ok by the afternoon, but it ruins my morning on average 3 times a week.

i'm a silly bugger for drinking at all, but it's SO tempting to crack open a bottle of wine. anyone else find the same?

henni, sorry that sounded mad. what i meant was that pregnancy is the only reason for not drinking, taht i am familiar with.

my bro was saying just the same today. maybe its getting older that does it.

I know what you mean, drinking is just not the same since kids. Having to get up early etc, just can't cope with hangovers any more!

I can have a hangover on no alcohol at all. REally. I've often gone to a party, or a night out with friends, had massive fun without touching a drop of booze, and been completely hungover the next day.

Takes talent.

Sometimes on the schoolrun I see other peoples glass recycycling boxes that are full of beer/wine bottles etc, ours are full of olive oil, mayonnaise bottles etc, sometimes wish ours were full of alcohol bottles!
