Just that really - has anyone tried it? Did it help?

I did try it for a while.

Did it help? Well, I still have awful health anxiety, so not really helpful in the long term.

However, things came up that set me off again. I am not very susceptible to being hypnotised, I am the worst person ever for being able to relax. I did get some good out of it though and I would recommend that if you can afford it you try it. I enjoyed it at the time and I think it would work amazingly for many people.

Yes I have. It helped a bit in the short term but CBT was what really helped.

Thanks both. CBT seems to be less and less effective for me so looking for other options.

Well acupuncture helped massively with my anxiety. Have you tried that?
