Help me find a good GP

Hi

We are shortly moving to Durham , I have a chronic condition and am disabled. Please can anyone in the bishop Auckland , crook, tow law area recommend one. We are moving to a rural area and those seem to me the closest places. I need one who will be sympathetic to my needs.
