Pain Relief Tips? (Feeling grim, and need a bit of hand holding)

Hi, anyone awake with any good tips on pain relief? Got a couple of really nasty leg ulcers and the pain is keeping me awake. Have taken Tramadol but not touched it really. Not helped by the fact that I'm starting a cold and have one of the financial accountants arriving to my branch tomorrow to give us a financial audit. (Admin in charge of bookkeeping!) Just know that I'm going to be dead on my feet and a total arse tomorrow!
