It all started 3 weeks ago, was at work teaching my class then BAM - the flu hit me like a tonne of bricks! My temperature and the shivering has gone but the extreme fatigue is lingering. I can't stand to shower, I can't cook clean etc. I haven't left the house for nearly two weeks until today where my sister took me for a drive just to see the outside world- I lasted 5 minutes before feeling sick and achey. Please tell me that this fatigue will end - am so fed up and sad, feeling extremely guilty for having to rely on friends and family for everything.
