Mumsnet has not checked the qualifications of anyone posting here. If you have any medical concerns we suggest you consult your GP.
I had a pelvic scan early in December. This was to check the thickness of my womb lining as I am on long cycle HRT.They said at the scan that everything was fine.I have now just had a voicemail from my GP saying as a result of the scan the gynaecologist wants to see me so the GP is doing a "routine referral".Needless to say, I am worried sick.Does anyone know what is meant by a routine referral?TIA
Sorry you are worried. I'm not sure but I would think a routine referral would be non urgent so try not to worry.
Thank you for your reassurance Meg, I appreciate it.
