Hi all. Happy new year!!

Just wondering if anyone had any tips for getting out of a period of insomnia. I have been trying kalms but they don't seem to be working very well.

Are you under stress (lets face it, at Christmas who isn't)? I find taking a magnesium citrate supplement in the evening really helps (4000mg), as it helps sooth the central nervous system and helps aid relaxation.

Happy new year! My tips:

😴 No caffeine after 3.00pm
😴 Have chamomile tea instead
😴 Daily exercise
😴 Daily fresh air
😴 No computer, phone or other screens after 7.00pm
