Finally AF showed up

Hello everyone

I have finally had my AF! After waiting what feels like forever!
My last period was on the 6th September for a week! Then from that I've had no period!!
When your ttc and AF doesn't arrive you can't help but get frustrated especially when you've done lots of pregnancy tests and you no your not pregnant.
I had blood tests for my hormone and levels and one came back abit high but they doctors say nothing to worry about ( this was before AF showed up!) so finally on the 28th Dec AF came!! I do have a scan booked in for the 5th jan as I pressed the doctors for one to make sure everything was all okay! I am on now and previous to my last period I didn't have one from may- sept so I could just be a 4 month cycle? Also had a MC in April so it might be my cycles haven't found a patter as last dec 2015 I came off the pill and got pregnant in jan straight away without me knowing! But then went on to have a Mc
I just wondering shall I still go for the scan? As it can't do any harm

We're your cycles regular previously? Are you overweight and therefore it might be polycystic ovary syndrome??

I can't really say wether my cycles were irregular as I was on the pill for a long time. And literally came off and got pregnant within weeks!!
I'm not overweight no... and when I had my ultrasounds for my miscarriage they checked my ovaries and didn't say anything?
