Diazepam, dentist, breast feeding

Hi does anyone know if two doses of diazepam are safe to take whilst breast feeding? I have to have two teeth extracted early January and the dentist has prescribed diazepam due to my severe anxiety. One dose the night before and one just before the appointment which is first thing in the morning. I asked him about breast feeding and he was not sure at all, so he suggested just giving the baby a bottle but he's only a month old, I don't get on well with pumping, and I had no plans to put him on a bottle at this stage, so I would like to avoid that if possible. Of course I know the simple solution is just to do the appointment without the drugs but I wondered if that was necessary. Any advice would be great, thanks in advance!

Could you speak to a pharmacist?
