Hi there, my son 17 yrs old works out six days a week and wishes to improve the quality of his workouts through citrulline malate supplementation (6 to 8 grams a day).
As this is a fairly new supplement, does anyone have any info about possible long-term effects?
He already takes whey protein and creatine.
