Could you maybe have worms? My daughter had worms once & could you feel something in her bottom that she couldn't really describe. Maybe it's the worms you can feel moving.

Doesn't sound like piles. Piles were really painful when I had them.

MrsSnootch make an appointment with your GP. If it is worms they're easily treated with medication (and a strict cleaning/hygiene regime). The entire family will need to take the tablets to prevent reinfection. It certainly doesn't sound like piles and worms are easily picked up particularly by youngsters who aren't great at washing their hands. Try not to worry and hopefully you'll find relief soon

I don't think it is worms, ive looked into it and theres no itchiness. No one else in my household is suffering from anything like this

I really think it is piles or a fissure. Looking at symptoms

I think I will eat a high fibre diet for a week or so and see if things improve, if not I will see a doctor , thank you both

I think you need to get your backside seen by a doctor! I knew it's shameful but they won't care!

I brought some haeamariod cream to try and that seems to have , not solved anything, but calmed it down a bit, for now

I already have to go docs for irregular smear test and a prolapse and I really cant bear another appointment for something else at the minute. I just feel so embarrassed, I know its silly ladies but really I am fed up of embarrassing issues at the min

Mrs Snootch, this could be related to your prolapse.
So tell the Doc at the same time as your other appointment. When one organ prolapses, it can press on something else there in the pelvic cavity, so the buzzing could just be pressure on a nerve or something. Does it go away when you lie down? It could be a positional thing. Like if you have been standing for a while, or need a bowel movement...something like that, maybe or maybe not.
Good luck with your appointment! hope you get some reassurance.
