I've just noticed I have white like stuff on my tonsils. Feel fine apart from tired, glands I think are a little more raised than usual but no swollen tonsils. I get it quite often but normally have the typical symptoms (hurt to swollen feel dreadful etc) am I going to wake up feeling like total crap or could it be something else? Anxiety has kicked in and I'm panicking! I have no idea why!
