Thyrod eye disease

I was treated for Graves' disease 4 years ago, and had thyroid eye disease with an active stage that lasted 2 years. Steroids helped a little but when I went off of them my swelling got worse causing me to be on them almost a year. I had radiation but it took almost 2 years for the disease to settle down. I had 2 orbital decompression surgeries. I was good for almost a year and now I can feel a flare up starting. What treatment options has anyone tried other than what I have already done? I want to prevent becoming disfigured again.
