Ok so for the last couple of weeks I haven't been eating properly. I've avoided some meals. But it's got so bad I'm not eating anything all day . I'm very fussy about my weight and how I look due to my anxiety. So this had been going on for a couple of weeks so I've lost some weight and I feel happier but I want to loose some more.

What should I do ??

I think you need to see your doctor, it sounds to me like you are in the grip of an eating disorder!

Firstly, right now, tell people. Tell your friends, tell your parents, tell everyone who loves you and you can trust; just tell them exactly what you've written here. Just because.

Then get yourself to the GP.

The reason I say tell people is because if this starts to run away with you will neither want to or feel able to tell anyone. Then if you don't make it to the GP you will be extremely vulnerable. All that will happen is that your GP and your loved-ones will be able to make sure you don't do anything that will result in long-term damage to your body. Because it sounds like you know not eating for full days is not going to do your poor body any good as a way of losing weight. There are healthy alternatives to where you're at right now, and your GP, family and friends can support you smile
