Weight gain - extremely sore breasts

Hi all, I must say I'm surprised there is no place on this forum to talk about boobs!!!

So I've recently put on weight due to bad eating habits. My boobs have gone up a cup in a week and have been sore now for two weeks. Is this normal? Like are breasts meant to be so painful from gaining weight?

I very much doubt it. I really want to know if this much pain with breast growth is normal?

I mean do boobs even grow this quickly...I feel like I've ballooned in the last month from eating so badly. The pain and bigger boobs though it like overnight

I'm something of an expert in gaining weight sadly, and IME sore boobs means something hormonal, so pregnancy or PMS, hence the question.

But PMS-caused sore boobs can be much sorer if I'm eating shit than if I'm not.

I've never been aware of boobs getting sore 'just' because of weight gain though.

I once bought some new bras in my usual size from my usual shop. They were really tight and I couldn't work out why.

A week later I found out I was pregnant.

Thank you yeh I'm sure it's hormonal because I'm getting acne, migraines & a fat ass. Just shocked with the amount of pain this constant. The weight gain probably hasn't helped. My partner said he doubts I'm pregnant because I'm not glowing...thanks babe haha. Yep been eating my feelings so bad, never done this before and now I'm so dirty on it. Cool thank you so much!

I put on weight due to eating a lot and working all the time so no exercise. At the same time I was bloated and when I got measured for new bras I'd gone up a size and they were sore.

I was five months pregnant when I finally got round to doing a test...

Awwww that's pretty cute. I think the pain is the part that is very abnormal for me...so is gaining a large amount of weight so quickly so I'm very confused & scared...partner doesn't want a baby right now. We use withdrawal method...I know, I know!!!!

Oh my goodness!!! In too paranoid to wait 5 months before testing. As soon as my body is weird and my period is late (it's like clockwork) is be testing. Think I'd rather find out at 5 months than 4 weeks hehe

Yeh I will if my period is late. I'm on holiday with my kids and woke up this morning they were the worst and got a migraine. Sorry if this isn't replying to each person individually I'm on my phone

Insanely sore boobs were my first clue of being pg - they were telling me something was up way before a test did.

Goodness I'm just trying to think when the last time I number twos was I have been a bit gassy but I just put it down to really poor diet. Wow umm it's been at least 4 days

My second pregnancy, my boobs went up a cup size in first week! (we were TTC, I knew when it happened)
I miscarried fairly early on, but never lost that extra norkage!
After third of, went back to new cupsize.
POAS- withdrawal method is ridiculously unreliable.

Sore boobs were my first symptom too. I kept thinking, my boobs are so sore, where is this period?

I've had 3 pregnancies. My first, I kept. I had twins at 24 yrs old (now 7) and I had zero symptoms...I know it was my first preg but I just remember thinking how weird it was that I didn't feel pregnant. My second pregnancy, I got bigger boobs and cravings very early on (no pain) had a miscarriage. Third preg I'm sorry to say but I terminated because it was a one night stand and I just knew the day my period was due I was that stupid and unlucky!!

God really!? Could I have sore boobs this early though, it would have to be like 2 weeks from my period I think that's way too early to start having sore boobs...I'm no expert

Oh I'm sorry about the Angel babies always sucks and shocking even if expected. When i miscarried I had full on pregnancy symptoms but I just knew the baby hadn't made it, was so bizarre. And yep at 10 week dating scan I was right

Hahahaha you guys are making me pregnant!!! Kidding I'm just so sure I'm not, convinced maybe. I am concerned about the pain. If I hadn't put on so much weight I would be more inclined to think preg. I have tests ready to go but I'm not due for period til Thursday
