I've scratched my eye!

I seem to have injured my eye lid while on a night out, I woke up the next morning with it feeling very irritated like there was something in it constantly, I wear contacts normally so I could have done it while taking them out, or by leaving my make up on and rubbing my eyes

If I pull my lid up I can see in the corner where it is, it's a small red raised lump, it's very irritating and there doesn't seem to be much advice online on how to help it heal, any tips? I've had problems with my eye lids before which has prevented me from wearing my contacts for months which was horrible especially as I work in a environment where wearing glasses is difficult, so I'd like to do everything I can to get it healed asap!

Do you have an eye infirmary near you? I scratched my cornea once and it was really sore. I saw the GP who sent me to the optician who sent me to the eye infirmary. I needed antibiotic drops which took ages to work, but did sort it in the end.
