Any lymphedema sufferers out there?

I gave lymphedema in my lower right leg & I hate it :-( what I would give for skinny ankles & being able to wear dainty shoes.
It's so bad when the weather is hot but it's too warm to wear my compression stocking which does help. It goes down over night or when rested but as soon as I'm on my feet again the next day it swells. It really gets me down.
Any fellow sufferers out there?
