Constant tension?? headaches

I've got almost constant head & temple aches. I think its due to tension, when I try and think about where the pain comes from Im aware I hold my teeth firmly together all the time.

My temples are tender to the touch and the aches travel down around my jaw and neck too.

I had my eyes tested about 18 months ago and I didnt need glasses (age 43) but I do think staring at a computer / ipad screen all day isnt helping.

Can anyone recommend any techniques to stop me clenching my jaws and relax my face?

Go to the dentist, it sounds like a TMJ problem.

Try ibuprofen, heat and only eating soft food in the meantime. If you google TMJ exercises there's loads of them to try.
