He's asleep. I'm not. I'm finding his breathing really irritating.
I'm on my period. I have a headache. It's currently 00.34. Why is he asleep and I am not ffs. contemplating smothering him with his own pillow

Is it
gentle
Loud
Regular
Sleep apnoea
Or just irritating that he's asleep?

You can swap with my DH...kill him too...( not really...thinks charitable thoughts)

He's just asleep. I've tried ignoring him. Turning him over. Going to sleep on the sofa...but the dogs jumped on my head and made it worse. It's such a tiny bedroom and it's soooooo hot. His breathing is just not needed Blush gosh, I'm a horrible wife. School holidays, hormones and no sleep are an awful combination Confused

I was alphabetically close to a girl in the sxhool register who had unnecessarily loud breathing, I quite liked her until exam season came around and I just wanted to shove her pencils up her nostrils.

May I suggest ear plugs?

I'm downstairs again. I may take the dogs for a short walk to unwind again. If all else fails, DH has to be up for work in 4 hours...I'll catch a couple of hours once he's gone. like the kids will actually lie in

Mine is breathing too. And being very inconsiderate with it!
I'm 35 weeks pregnant, was woken up by the DS going to the loo, then was too hot, couldn't get comfy, had heartburn, couldn't get comfy, needed a drink, couldn't get comfy, needed a wee, couldn't get comfy!

Awww, that's even worse than I was! Hope you managed to get some sleep! I ended up with cheese on toast and a cuppa haha. Fell asleep with a full tummy and a still breathing husband Grin

My DP breathes and snores and puffs....I want to kill him! I wake up around 15-20 times a night. I've tried different types of earplugs and already sleep with a heavy feather pillow on top of my head! I'm 21 weeks pregnant and a very light sleeper. DP falls asleep and doesn't wake again till he's had his 7-8 hours. Did I mention I want to kill him??! Confused

Glad I'm not the only one to find this type of behaviour annoying. My husband breathes and sleeps and talks (whilst sleeping) and giggles (whilst sleeping) all whilst I'm relentlessly awake and desperate to sleep. Then he'll claim the need for a lie in in the morning because he couldn't sleep when I know he did because I lay there and listened to him doing it!
