Any medical types? Query mastoiditis

Had bad ear pain for three days and went to a walk in clinic today. Have been prescribed solphadex. It's very tender behind and under the ear.

Now I normally take a lot of abx long term for a chronic uti. Just had a two week break but about to start taking it again. Ceph 4g a day and 1g azi.

I promised the Dr if I felt worse I would go to a +e. Pain now a bit worse but ear feels hot which is new.

As I am about to restart my uti abx is there any point going to hospital.

Meant to say am going on holiday tomorrow so could do without it. But holiday is in UK
