Torn calf muscle- how long til I can walk?

Hi- I tore my calf muscle last week- it is incredibly painful and I still cannot put my weight down at all- just struggling on crutches when I can get up from the couch. Can anyone put me out my misery- when will it start to heal? When will I be able to put my heel down on the ground? I had an ultrasound which confirmed the tear/ big haematoma and no DVT.
