Freezing a skin lesion

If a dr uses nitrogen on a mole can it be tested still after removal?

Do mean sent to the lab for analysis? If so its a no. The nitrogen destroys the structure and is usually applied direct to the surface of the mole so the mole then scabs and degenerates.

If you want to send it for lab examination you'd need to cut it out.

If it's something nasty however it'll tend to come back despite the freezing, in which case it could then be cut out and sent to the lab.
