Is this a hallucination?

For the past week, I keep having these moments where I see people walking past out of the corner of my eye. When I look, there's no one there. Also, I went for a nap earlier & swore I heard someone hiss 'grab' as I was waking up.

Hallucinations as you're falling asleep or waking up are pretty common.

It's worth visiting the optician or gp to get your vision checked. It's most likely to be nothing to worry about.
