Hello, just wondering if anybody can help
I've always had good teeth, but my wisdom teeth have been enormous since they started to come in when I was 25ish. I usually use a child's toothbrush to brush around the two upper ones as I can't fit a normal toothbrush round them.
My bottom wisdom teeth are causing problems as they've come in at a strange angle and a few weeks ago one got infected. I saw the dentist who said that there was a space between the tooth and gum and obviously it's a breeding ground for bacteria. She prescribed antibiotics and the infection went.
However, I never feel my mouth is clean I brush VERY thoroughly morning and night and after work as well but there seems to be a permanently unpleasant taste in my mouth and is only very temporarily relieved by mouthwash or toothpaste. I'm paranoid about it!
I brush my tongue as well as my teeth, use an antibacterial mouthwash, had a recent checkup at the dentist (for the wisdom tooth but she confirmed all teeth were fine) and floss as well.
Any ideas? I'm sure it's stemming from my wisdom teeth so any thoughts on how to brush them 'properly' would be great!
