Left Breast issues - negative pregnancy tests

Hi all. Sorry if this is in the wrong thread. Please admin feel free to move if needed - not sure where else to put it.

I seem to have developed some discolouration on my left breast, bottom of my areola. I noticed it around 4-5 weeks ago but didn't want to concern myself so decided to just keep an eye on it.
A couple of nights a go I noticed it has got darker (its a brownish colour) and a large visible vein in the same place. On closer inspection this morning I have a couple of small spots developing (after googling similar to montomery tubercules.)

I had my period for 4 days ending 5th May and have done 2 pregnancy tests in the last week, both negative. So I don't think I can be pregnant? although no contraception has been used since Feb.

It's worrying me now as I'm concerning myself with the big 'C' word :( I have booked a doc appointment but it's more than a week away so wanted to know if anyone else has had similar problems.
