Sex after LLETZ

Hi, I've had a couple of abnormal smear results and various treatments, loop biopsys lazed treatment etc, about 2 1/2 weeks ago I had the latest which was the laser treatment, I've had a little bit of bleeding and discharge since but other than that it's been fine

the doctor told me the usual, after no sex or swimming or tampons for 4-6 weeks, well it sounds stupid but because I've had no problems after the treatment and on account of being half asleep etc I had sex with my partner yesterday! I know it sounds stupid to say I forgot but it was just one of those total mind blank moments! It only occurred to me today it was too soon!

I've had a little bit of period type stomach ache today and some spotting, I'm really worried now I've done some damage!

Is it just no sex etc because it increases the chance of infection? Or is there other reasons that I should be worried about? 😕
