Bump on my gum line - Any idea?

My DD has a fleshy bump (not hard or pus filled) on her top gum line. Not exactly on the gum but if you lift the lip and gum meet that is where the bump is.

Her six year old molars are partially growing so could this be causing some movement and hence cyst of some sort?

Dr google suggests an abscess but she just had a check-up in March and all was fine with her teeth.

I have an appointment for Saturday.

I have this too and have had it since I was a kid. It doesn't flag on the xrays or anything so assumption is that it's just a trauma area (I had a bump to the face)

It doesnt hurt and I had forgot that it was there till I read this!
