Painful elbows

For a while now my funny bones are v v sore to touch.
As the day goes on , they get slightly worse .
Certain movements such as lifting a casserole out of the oven or lifting heavy things in general is particularly painful.
I've looked at Google and it mentions Golfers Elbow . I certainly don't play golf,
has anyone else had this!
