Virus but not virus, feel distinctly dodgy

Has anyone in London area had this weird sort of virus but don't feel ill? Dodgy stomach but maybe diarrhoea if anything - feel flu like but can cope with it.

I've been feeling distinctly off but also not sleeping well, sort of headaches too, feels like I've got something but not cold or flu more virus. Intern sharing flat says he has similar (but he's out a lot) so does colleague at work.

Have had it for past week.
