scalded skin syndrome

Hi all, I've just joined. Newbie! Wish I was a member six months ago when I was staying on the children's ward with my seriously ill three year old. Would have been amazing to be able to talk to you lot and to probably find someone who'd been through what I was going through. My little boy had scalded skin syndrome and it was so scary and such a huge shock to me. So I just wanted to say hi and if any of you know anyone going through the same thing (it's rare thankfully) then please let them know I'm here if they want to chat.
