Swollen abdomen

I consider myself as petite....size 10 and 5ft tall. However these past three weeks or so my abdomen has swollen. Not just tummy area i mean from breasts down. It feels uncomfortable and 'full' even before i eat! I'm 57 so definitely know I'm not pregnant. I occasionally suffer constipation but fine at the moment. Has anyone else had this problem? I can't visit my Dr until end of April as I'm away from home

I think it might be an idea to prioritise seeing a GP.

As always, it could be a number of things, but if these symptoms are new, in my view you need to be seen sooner rather than later.
