My period was last week. This week I am weepy, irritable and generally fuzzy headed. The mood swings are really making life miserable. This pattern has been going on for about 12 to 18 months (maybe longer, but that's how long I have been noting symptoms). I used to get PMT before my actual period, as the name suggests.
Is it changing hormones causing this, do you think? Worth seeing the GP? I'm 35, cycle varies from 29 to 45 days. Periods tend to be quite short and light.
